About the Role
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll respond to customer and translator inquiries, manage a high volume of emails, and use our CRM to log and track interactions. This detail-driven, fast-paced role requires strong customer support experience, excellent written English, and the organizational skills to manage multiple conversations and priorities simultaneously.
- Must be open for schedule 18hrs/week (3daysx6hrs) or 24hrs/week (4daysx6hrs)
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer and translator inquiries with clarity, professionalism, and empathy.
- Handle a high volume of emails efficiently, identifying issues and offering effective solutions within company guidelines.
- Manage various back-office and administrative tasks.
- Log, track, and manage interactions using our CRM.
- Collaborate with management to share customer feedback, bug reports, and process improvement ideas.
- Participate in projects focused on improving support workflows and customer satisfaction.
- Provide clear written updates on pending cases and follow-up activities.
Requirements
- Excellent English skills (written and spoken) C2 level.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer support or service role.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Calm, effective approach to conflict resolution.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
- Typing speed of at least 45 WPM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and professional email communication
- Schedule flexibility (must be open for Graveyard Shift 1:00 am - 7:00 am)
